In some plants, the gloves undergo 100% testing by air inflation. In addition, some gloves will be removed and tested by the water method (which is a more sensitive test, and part of the European standard Citation:EN 455-1 1994 ) for pinholes as part of the routine quality assurance process. Other tests will also be performed, such as tensile strength tests.
